CONSENSUS
Description Consensus sequence builder
Information CONSENSUS builds a sequence consisting of the most frequent amino acid observed at each position of the input multiple sequence alignment. If the alignment includes multiple secondary structure predictions, transmembrane segment predictions or structural evaluations, their consensus are also added to the alignment. The consensus of numeric scores will correspond to their average value. Note that input protein sequences will be aligned using CLUSTALW if needed.

Input
